An English class that will build your customer service skills, identify your personal strengths, and polish job interview techniques.
Learn the language and the skills to improve how you function at work and with a team. Build on your personal strengths, and understand how to bring out your best for a job interview.
The class will cover:
- Models for the best customer service
- Understanding team dynamics
- Identifying your personal strengths and how you contribute to a team
- Job interview preparation
