Excel Basics
This course is designed to introduce individuals to the fundamental concepts and
features of Microsoft Excel.
What you will learn:
• Enter and manage data, set up tables, sort data and work with row and column totals
• Calculate using Excel formulas
• Read, interpret, modify, format and print spreadsheets
PowerPoint and Presentations
This course explores the basics of creating an engaging presentation, including the use
of visuals and text.
What you will learn:
• Add and modify texts, slides, tables, objects, and images
• Manage animations and transitions
• Structure your storyline and design your slides
• Display data and finalize your presentation
Designing Docs:
This course teaches you the basics of how to use Microsoft Word and Canva to create
professional documents quickly and easily.
What you will learn:
• Creating effective layouts with proper spacing and alignment
• Create and format documents with basic features, such as text, images, and tables
• Fundamentals of document design, such as font selection, color, and layout
• How to share your documents with others
**You don't need to have access to Microsoft 365. Google programs, OpenOffice, or other software can be used as an alternative**
