Tea Essentials is a hands-on workshop designed to introduce hospitality professionals to the world of tea. From understanding key varieties to delivering excellent guest services, this program offers the foundation in tea knowledge and presentation.
Whether you're new to tea service or looking to expand your beverage expertise, this workshop will equip you with the confidence and skills to elevate every cup you serve.

- Tea Origins - Discover where tea comes from and how geography influences its flavour.
- History - Explore the rich cultural and historical journey of tea across the world.
- Tea Types - Learn about the main categories of tea, including green, black, oolong, white, and more.
- Tea Grading Standards - Understand how tea is graded based on leaf quality, size, and appearance.
- Cupping Techniques - Practice how to taste and evaluate tea like a professional.
- Pairing - Learn how to pair different teas with food to enhance flavours and experience.

- Currently working in the hospitality industry

- Food Handlers Certified
