This program is separated into 3 parts to put you on the path to your desired employment goals.

WHAT WILL YOU LEAN

Part 1: Identifying Goals and Skills

• Reflect on and re-discover the specific skills, talents and experience you would bring to your next job
• Explore new employment and/or training pathways
• Identify the transferable skills needed to excel in today’s workforce
• Complete research about jobs/training and put your plan into action

Part 2: Perfecting your Resume

• Practice researching jobs and hiring managers
• Understand how an ATS System works and how to optimize keywords
• Look at a variety of resume styles and templates
• Get 1 on 1 feedback on your resume

Part 3: Mastering the Interview

• Learn the skills and actively practice how to successfully interview
• Practice live interviewing and get familiar with online interviewing
• Master communicating your skills with various question types

DURATION: 3 Weeks
DAYS: Monday to Friday
TIME: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (1.5 hours per day)
